In 2024, we have brought on a Certified Industrial Hygienist, with over 20 years of field experience, who is leading our Meth division.

Andy Rhodes is President and Owner of Colorado Complete Inspections (CCI) and leads a growing team focused on helping multi-family property owners and managers ensure the proper inspection and compliance of their rental units.

As our company’s visionary leader, Andy Rhodes leverages his decades of experience in multi-family, commercial, and residential construction to help CCI deliver comprehensive inspections, preventative maintenance, quality work, and building long-term customer relationships.

Prior to founding CCI, Andy held senior leadership roles in the construction industry at Tuned Coatings and TC Management. He also worked as a Franchise Growth Consultant at RE/MAX International, one of the largest residential brokerage firms in the world. Within the community, Andy has served as President of Castle Pines Master Association and President of Castle Pines North Metropolitan District. He has been featured as a subject matter expert on CBS Colorado and 9NEWS (NBC, Denver).
