According to the Baker Law Group in their article “The Importance of Property Inspections in Colorado Real Estate Transactions,” investing in real estate, either for personal or business reasons, is a large investment. Because of that, it is important to get a property inspection.
“Property inspections are crucial because they reveal the physical condition of a property. They identify potential problems, like structural issues, aging systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), or environmental hazards (like radon, a common issue in Colorado),” Baker Law Group said.
