Denver Landlords Required to Renew Licenses Says Colorado Complete Inspections

As reported by Fox 31 in their article “Property inspection required for Denver landlords to get license renewal every 4 years,” thanks to legislation passed by Denver’s city council landlords will be required to have licensed properties and to renew that license regularly.

“Under the new legislation, landlords must get rental properties inspected in order to get a license; that license would be up for renewal, along with a required inspection, every four years, according to city documents,” Fox 31 reported.
