As reported by iProperty Management in their article “Landlord’s Right to Entry in Colorado,” there are certain instances where landlords in Colorado are allowed to enter their rental property.
“Colorado landlords have the right to enter a rental property for any reason that doesn’t interfere with the renter’s quiet enjoyment, unless the lease says otherwise,” iProperty Management said.
